Kiripay Revenue management system is a Citizen-Centric Portal that aims to enable Access To All Government Services Online in a secure and cost-effective way.
KIRIPAY is an integrated web-based application for all county departments and directorates. The application enables information sharing across the county while applying global E-Governance standards.

The portal enables customers to access more than 30 services under:
- Single Business permit,
- Liqour licensing,
- Property rates,
- Matatu stickers
- Rents on county stalls & houses,
- Billing & Receipt
The portal endeavor to create a digital experience that is personalized, Easy and Instant.
