KDSP II Program
The Second Kenya Devolution Support Program (KDSP II) is a four-year initiative (April 2024–December 2027) funded by the World Bank and the Government of Kenya, designed to improve the performance of Kenya’s 47 county governments.
Its main goal is to strengthen county governance and service delivery through better management of financing, expenditure, intergovernmental coordination, human resources, and accountability.
The program will provide funding to counties as conditional grants based on achieving predefined annual targets.
